Subluxation on one single nerve can cause a multitude of issues.  For example, Bell’s Palsy is a condition that causes partial to complete facial paralysis, resulting in one side of the face, eye, and mouth to droop. This can be pretty scary, as these symptoms are similar to those of a stroke!  Paralysis of the face can cause drooling, dry eyes, inability to make facial expressions, loss of taste, and headaches – just to name a few.  The facial nerve controls these functions, and if there’s pressure on it, there is no wonder we can see such a multitude of issues!

A recent study shows an elderly man with Bell’s Palsy who decided to try chiropractic after no lasting relief with steroids or eye drops.  After time and repetition with chiropractic care, his facial paralysis was completely gone!

It’s important to remember that chiropractic is not a cure, but when the brain, spinal cord and body can communicate without interruption, the body can function the way God intended.

Judy’s Chiropractic Story

My family and I did not get sick this past year!

Judy had pain in her upper back and shoulders, allergies, palsy, and glaucoma.  “My pain levels were often a level 6-7, the palsy was mild but progressively getting worse, and my allergies were severe and debilitating at times.”

Previous care only gave her mild or temporary relief. After getting adjusted, Judy says, “Some effects which were immediate were better sleep and remembering dreams.  Gradually the pain decreased, and flexibility increased.  My family and I did not get sick this past year! The office is very friendly, thorough, and informative.”
